A few things stood out on the current live site. Nothing catastrophic.
1. The site is internally consistent on contact privacy.
The public pages are showing the envelope + Contact Us, not the phone number or email. That is good. The Bewitched Baker+1
2. The image alt text is actually in good shape.
The product images across Cookies, Cinnamon Rolls, Muffins, Cakes, Cupcakes, and Cakesicles all have descriptive alt text showing up in the page structure. The Bewitched Baker+5

3. There is one wording inconsistency I would fix.
The Contact page says orders are placed online or by phone and that delivery is local hand-delivery only; the Order Form says essentially the same thing, but then the Order Form also says shipping may be available. Those statements aren't quite aligned. The Bewitched Baker+1
That is the main actual cleanup item I see.
4. The menu structure looks good.
Home → Menus → individual product pages → Order Form/Contact Us is clean and understandable. The Bewitched Baker+1
5. The Reviews page is the one that looks unfinished.
It currently says reviews will appear there and invites people to submit one. That's functional, but visually/content-wise it reads as an empty page until actual reviews are added. The Bewitched Baker
So, honestly, after the phone/email cleanup and the cinnamon-roll update, the site is in substantially better shape than I expected. The only thing I'd actually put on the “fix it” list right now is the delivery/shipping wording inconsistency and, separately, getting some real reviews onto the Reviews page.

shipping may be available. is NOT available at this time.. in my opinion.. never!

Then I would remove that wording entirely. “Shipping may be available” shouldn't be on the site at all if shipping isn't part of her business plan.
The site should state only what she actually offers: local delivery/hand delivery, with orders handled through the site and then by phone when needed.
And honestly, I'd remove any mention of shipping rather than saying “not available,” because there's no reason to advertise an option she doesn't intend to provide.

It’s on two pages:
-
Contact Us
-
Order Form
Those are the pages I would send you to fix. I would remove the “shipping may be available” wording from both so there is no shipping option advertised at all.
Send me those two files and I’ll clean them up.

I fixed the Contact Us page. I removed the shipping language and left it as simply:
Delivery is local hand-delivery only.
Everything else in the file is untouched.
Send me the Order Form page next and I'll make the matching fix there.
